"No doubt, the individuals who work here will assess your insurance inquiries. However, my personal experience has left me with a one star review. I never write reviews at ALL and I hate to be a person who brings negativity, but I must state that even after vocalizing the emotions I felt after the service encounter, there was no acknowledgment or accountability on their behalf. A simple, “ I understand we might have made a mistake in the past, we apologize and will try to do better,” would have been nice. I really do feel that they just kept me on a policy without realizing the mistake in order to keep collecting my insurance rate every month. Just not the greatest experience. But take everything with a grain of salt! I’m sure they would still be helpful, especially considering all the positive reviews. When I was first helped by them, i did leave a five start review because i do believe they were competent, professionally, and kind when setting up our insurance for the first time. Two/three years later, I can say that is not the case anymore."
